    Summary: Technical support to the Comisión Técnica de Valoración y dinamización de los grupos de trabajo. This comission is a technical body that brings together IMSERSO and the spanish autonomous regions for the monitoring, evaluation and formulation of proposals in regards to the assessment of the official situation and the organisation of staff and assessment procedures.

  • PLAN DIRECTOR DE FORMACIÓN EN PROMOCIÓN DE LA AUTONOMÍA Y ATENCIÓN A LA DEPENDENCIA

    Summary: Strategic and operative planning of training for the promotion of autonomy and services for the dependent. Training is aimed at health and social services professionals, service providers and dependent people, informal caregivers and representative associations.

    Summary: Ethical Frameworks for Telecare Technologies for older people at home (EFORTT) is concerned with the implications of the introduction telecare in the homes of the elderly. In-depth qualitative research methods will deepen the understanding of ethical issues raised by these developments and will develop qualitative approaches to understand the making of practice around telecare in both preventive and responsive modes. It will also develop deliberative approaches to the making of remote care policy at a European level by separately recruiting citizens’ panels of older people and carers in each partner’s region.

  • HELPS (EUROPEAN NETWORK FOR PROMOTING HEALTH OF RESIDENTS IN PSYCHIATRIC AND SOCIAL CARE INSTITUTIONS)

    Summary: The overarching aim of HELPS is to improve the physical health status of residents with mental disorders, mental disability or dependency living in social and health care institutions. HELPS will develop and implement a physical health intervention tool to be used in such institutions as a major step towards protecting human rights and dignity of residents living in social and health care institutions.

  • INTEGRATION OF THE 39/2006 ACT WITH BASIC SOCIAL SERVICES

    Summary: Elaboración de un documento de trabajo en relación a los retos limitaciones y problemas que presenta la integracio´n de la Ley 39/2006 en la actividad de los servicios sociales básicos, teniendo presente el despliegue de la Ley 12/2007 de Servicios Sociales de Cataluña. En el documento se abordan tres cuestiones principales: el impacto sobre las organizaciones y los /las profesionales de los cambios en los perfiles de usuarios de servicios sociales; las cuestiones no resueltas de la integración de los procedimientos administrativos; la regulación del derecho subjetivo al servicio de ayuda a domicilio en Cataluña.

    Proyecto para formular escenarios territoriales de los beneficiarios de la Ley 39/2006 de promoción de la autonomía y atención a las personas con dependencia en Catalunya. Mediante la explotación del modelo MEDASS de microsimulación territorial, se hace una estimación a partir de las hipótesis del Libro Blanco de la situación de dependencia (2004) del número de personas beneficiarias potenciales de los servicios de atención a la dependencia, así como la demanda de servicios en horas de atención, haciendo una comparativa con la oferta exsitente de servicios públicos y privados.

  • ESTUDIO DE NECESIDADES SOCIOSANITARIAS EN ESPAÑA

    Summary: Construcción de un modelo de microsimulación estática de las necesidades sociosanitarias en España y en las Comunidades Autónomas a partir de las altas hospitalarias. La hipótesis que fundamenta el modelo consiste en que existen una serie de diagnósticos, principalmente en personas de 65 y más años, que pueden ser atendidos satisfactoriamente por los recursos sociosanitarios.
