  • MODEL D'ATENCIÓ A LES PERSONES AMB MALALTIA CRÒNICA COMPLEXA I DEPENDÈNCIA A CATALUNYA

    Summary: Proposal of a new model of care for people suffering from chronic conditions in Catalonia within the framework of the innovation plan in primary health care. This project is made in joint collaboration with the responsibles of the plan and expert professionals.


  • HACIA UN NUEVO MODELO DE ATENCIÓN RESIDENCIAL

    Summary: Analysis of diferent residential policies for the elderly in Europe, then a new model is proposed for Spain based on person and quality of life centered care. The proposal has seven axis, 17 dimensions and 61 goals. The study was made with the participation of a group of experts.

    Summary: Analysis of social and demographic situation of the elderly and of the main data that show the impact of ageing on health. A second part analyses the organisation of the elderly in Spain, as well as other international experiences.

    Summary: Technical support to the Comisión Técnica de Valoración y dinamización de los grupos de trabajo. This comission is a technical body that brings together IMSERSO and the spanish autonomous regions for the monitoring, evaluation and formulation of proposals in regards to the assessment of the official situation and the organisation of staff and assessment procedures.

    Summary: Ethical Frameworks for Telecare Technologies for older people at home (EFORTT) is concerned with the implications of the introduction telecare in the homes of the elderly. In-depth qualitative research methods will deepen the understanding of ethical issues raised by these developments and will develop qualitative approaches to understand the making of practice around telecare in both preventive and responsive modes. It will also develop deliberative approaches to the making of remote care policy at a European level by separately recruiting citizens’ panels of older people and carers in each partner’s region.
