"The local administration as guarantee of care to the elderly,
and generator of new occupational areas. Interchange of experiences,
revision of policies and new proposals" Project coordinated by
the Consell Comarcal de l'Alt Empordà, with participating city-councils
from Bolivia, Brazil, Spain, Italy and Perú. The objective is
to promote the integration of economic and occupational promotion policies
